FIX & FINISH ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of SZO Limited, a company registered in Ireland under Company No. 799620. We provide property maintenance and handyman services across Dublin and surrounding areas.

When you submit our quote / contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Area / suburb (optional)
• The service you're enquiring about
• Free-text description of the work
• Technical metadata (timestamp, anonymised analytics)

We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and where applicable Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and improving our service.

• To keep records required by Irish revenue and consumer-protection law
• To improve our website (anonymised analytics only)

We never sell your data, and we never use it for marketing from third parties.

Quote enquiries that don't proceed: up to 12 months, then deleted. Customer records (where work was completed): 6 years, in line with Irish tax record requirements.

Only the providers we strictly need to operate the website and respond to you: database hosting, email/SMS delivery, and anonymised analytics. All providers are GDPR-compliant. We never share your data with marketers.

You have the right to:
